TV Sucks

Since I spend so much time traveling to Arkansas, I get exposed to different TV than Boston. Not that I have a lot of time to watch TV – I mainly watch it in my hotel room while working. I am beginning to think that Boston has the worst TV in the nation, if you exclude WGBH.

Minneapolis has the best late night TV, IMHO, because they have the best Cable Access shows. For example, the best show concept in the world has to be Drinking with Ian which is like watching a drunk Conan O’Brian. There are a few other shows as well.

The show I miss the most, which I can get in Minneapolis and Bentonville is Corner Gas It is a hilarious Canadian show that is a little bit like Northern Exposure. Unfortunately it is on Superstation WGN, which is not carried on my Comcast Cable.

Lastly, I am completely addicted to Firebrand Maybe it is because I almost ended up in the Marketing industry with my Marketing MBA and Marketing experience at a startup. It is actually a lot of fun to watch, and is addicting to anyone who has spent time thinking about product, promotion, price and placement.
