			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Massachusetts has weathered the downturn pretty well.  The unemployment rate is at 9.3% right now, which is under the national unemployment rate average of 10.2%.  However, the New England Economic Partnership is predicting many more job losses for the state.  </p>
